Primesaut
A one-person mobile game studio in Quebec.
The name
Primesaut is an old French word for acting on a first impulse, from the phrase de primesaut, meaning spontaneously. Read literally, it is the first leap. The figure in the logo is taking it.
The work
Video games are the reason this studio exists. Primesaut makes games for phones: comic, quick to learn, and played a few minutes at a time. Each one is a native app for Android and iPhone.
The first is in development.
There is no publisher and no fixed schedule. A game is released when it is ready.
Behind it
The person behind Primesaut is a gamer first and a game developer second. Passion for video games is what drives the work.
